master control. Redefine confidence.

A science-based program created to help men build steady, lasting control – naturally and confidently.

You’re not alone

If intimacy has started to feel like pressure, you’re not alone. Many men struggle in silence – not from lack of desire, but because no one ever taught them how their body, mind, and nervous system actually work.

If any of this sounds familiar, you're in the right place.

Build lasting control

Learn how arousal works and how to develop fluid control. This involves cultivating earlier awareness of escalation, so you can recognize the signals your body sends before reaching the point of no return.

With practice, you’ll gain a greater ability to regulate your arousal, allowing you to modulate your response even in heightened states. This approach also leads to more consistency across different positions and contexts, so you’re not caught off guard by variations in sensation or circumstance.

Strengthen body awareness

Targeted exercises that build body awareness, calm and endurance help you stay present instead of disconnecting. As intensity rises, you’ll learn to stay connected to your body rather than checking out or going on autopilot.

These practices also give you better control over rhythm and muscle tone, so you can make intentional adjustments rather than tensing up reflexively. Over time, you’ll build endurance without over-effort, developing stamina that feels sustainable rather than forced.

Apply it to real-life positions

You can practice privately on your own, then apply the skills to real-life positions. The positions lab gives you a safe space to work through techniques at your own pace, with guided practice loops you can repeat and track over time.

Train privately on your own for as long as you need, building confidence and competence before introducing these skills with a partner. When you’re ready, you can seamlessly apply what you’ve learned to partnered experiences.

Reduce performance anxiety

Tools to quiet anxiety and manage the stress response before it takes over. These techniques help reduce pressure and minimize those “panic” moments that can derail intimacy, allowing you to stay grounded even when stakes feel high.

As you practice, you’ll build confidence during intimacy and notice your nervous system becoming steadier under pressure. Instead of spiraling into fight-or-flight, you’ll have reliable strategies to keep yourself regulated and present.

How the Program Works

A simple, repeatable process to build confidence and control.

Why it works

Built by clinical sexologists using evidence-informed sexual health principles, this program trains skills rather than relying on willpower. It builds regulation under pressure, not just in ideal conditions, and retrains patterns through repetition to reduce variability over time.

The approach integrates breath, rhythm, and muscle tone to allow you to learn how to modulate the intensity of your excitement. You will learn to stay connected in the moment and not get overwhelemed by the intensity.

You will learn new ways of having sex with your partner. You will get a better understanding of why some of the habits you have developped along the way are shooting you in the foot.

Your progress is measurable too. The more you practice, track your progress, and refine your technique as you go, creating a clear path forward.

FAQ - Frequently asked questions

Is this therapy?

No – Although, this program was developed by clinical sexologists, it is about skills training and education.  It is not meant to replace the work of a clinical therapist and is meant to complement it. We encourage you to seek out the help of a therapist should you feel the need to do so.

No – it’s skills training and education. If you do have medical concerns, or you’re dealing with persistent pain, numbness, we encourage you to see your doctor.

Most people practice in short sessions. On average, the exercises take about 5 minutes to complete. We encourage you to repeat each exercise at least 3 different times during the week to get the most benefit. Consistency will get you lasting benefits.

The short answer is yes. Most people get results fairly quickly (perhaps even after doing the breathing modules).  Some people decide to stop there because they think “hey, I’ve solved my problem”. The problem with not finishing all the modules is that you may not get lasting results. As you progress, you’ll be building off of previous modules. And often times consolidation happens after several sessions of practice. And that’s where the real magic kicks in.

Yes, yes, and yes. By experience, after seeing some clients in a clinical setting, only ”do the readings”, it is imperative that you do the actual exercises. Having a rational idea of what you need to do, will not train you to think about doing it when the intensity is too high and you have your blinders on.  You simply won’t think of applying the techniques and you’ll wonder why it doesn’t work.

Weekly live coaching sessions are available in two formats:  group (for those enrolled in the cohort program) or private 1:1 (for those enrolled in the VIP program).  Eroïc Core program gives you lifetime access.

You don’t need to keep guessing or hoping things improve on their own. There is a clear path — and you can start it today.
